Global Impact Trips

I initially signed up to help build a home, but I was ultimately part of something much greater; building relationships, teaching kids, learning about people, and most importantly, loving. – Brendan, Boaz Global Volunteer

Boaz organizes and leads Global, National and Local Impact Trips.

Why we are so passionate about Impact Trips

We work in communities in Haiti, Dominican Republic and Honduras  where many youth live in overwhelming poverty. Some are parentless, human trafficking is real, other challenges abound.

Our primary objectives are to ensure these teens are safe and to build them up on the inside so they can create a better future for themselves and their communities.

In one word, these trips are about hope.

What to expect

Most volunteers sign up because they have a strong desire to contribute in a positive way. We love that! We want to prepare you for what you will see and experience. We don’t just sign people up and take them to a foreign country. Before stepping foot on a plane, we have team meetings to help you understand cultural differences and to help you know what to expect and what is expected of you.  And, when we return home, we help you process the experience.

We have local partners  and staff living in these countries who share the same passion to provide encouragement, support, education, love and hope. They help us understand where we can make the most impact. Each trip is different!
